Dr Sonia Hough is a general practitioner with a well-established practice in Mouille Point, Cape Town. Dr Jan Nel has an aesthetic practice in Granger Bay.
OUR DOCTORS
Dr Sonia Hough and Dr Jan Nel met each other when they were both working in Bloemfontein many years ago. They have recently joined forces again and formed a group practice which combines medical weight loss and aesthetics.

Dr Sonia and Dr Jan are both passionate about making their patients feel comfortable and love their bodies. They understand that a person's perception of their outer-self greatly affects their happiness and mental health. As a team, they believe that they can help others become their best selves: inside and outside.
Somatologist
Meet Judith. She does all things to make you skin look smooth and pigment free. Judith has a diploma in Somatology from the prestigious Isa Carstens in Stellenbosch and has years of experience in her field. She offers a range of treatments including deep enzymatic peels, laser treatments and needling.
She also has training in skin assessment and body composition and is able to advise you on what treatment is best for you at OLA institute.
